Kenneth, Lord Fortrose, son of William, 5th Earl of Seaforth

See The Macraes were Episcopalians and Jacobites

William, 5th Earl of Seaforth, having joined the Rising of 1715, his estates were forfeited, and his title passed under attainder.  The estates were bought from the Crown in 1741 for the benefit of his son, Kenneth, who was known by the courtesy title of Lord Fortrose, which was the subordinate title of the Earls of Seaforth.
