Renewing my vehicle registration using your Internet web site requires that I pay a “convenience fee” of $4.  Whose convenience is this for, anyway?  It’s certainly not inconvenient for me to write you a check.  If this web site is for your convenience, then why don’t you pay me a convenience fee?
